This document outlines the process for HR to request access or access updates to various CMC systems to streamline the process while adhering to compliance protocols.

System Access Requests

For any required access:

  • Send your request via email to the responsible team.
  • Provide your full name, job title, list of Location Names and #s to which access is needed, and any other relevant information
  • CC your Manager on the request.
