• Enrollment for 2025 is January 6-24, 2025.

  • Nonexempt varies per paycheck - Hourly will fluctuate based on Hours (includes Base + OT); 
  • Bonus is not included in eligible pay for ESPP Deductions. 
  • Commission is not included in eligible pay for ESPP Deductions.
  • When hits max $21,250 deduction, will automatically stop
  • There is not an option to spread it out evenly over all paychecks
  • Pay period start - 2/6/25
  • Pay period ending - 12/11/25
  • # pay periods Biweekly - 23
  • # pay periods Weekly - 45
  • To withdraw elect withdraw by 12/14/25
  • To stop elections but keep what contributed to go towards buying shares at the end of the year, move election to 0%
  • You can only elect up to 15% of your pay, unfortunately if that does not equal the maximum # of shares there is no exception process.
  • 498 will be the maximum number of shares this Plan year



To Change Contribution % or Withdraw:


You can log into NetBenefits and click on CMC ESPP in the lefthand menu. On the next page click on the ESPP Contribution Balance tile in the middle of the page.



To change the % rate click on Change Contribution Rate highlighted below.  To stop contributions during the year move this to 0%.

If you want to fully withdraw from the program, click on Withdraw Contribution.  All funds will be refunded and no shares will be purchased with this option. 
It takes you to another screen where you can enter a new % and then click on Next to complete.
