For a Candidate to appear in Manage Pending Hires, they must have the two items below:

1. Placed in the Onboarding status

2. Have a complete Offer Letter Approval

Sometimes candidates get "stuck" and managers cannot see them in MPH, but we can. Simply save the new hire as a Draft in MPH and have HR find them in the "Draft" section of MPH
