How to help employees reset their access to the Mobile App if logged out:


1. Proxy as the employee in Employee Central

2. Click on their profile and go to Settings

3. Click on the Mobile tab (left hand side)

4. Click on the Activate via Email Code 

5. Confirm or add the employee's email address and click the Generate Code and Send Email link.

6. Make sure employee has internet connection to access their email account


Please Note:  The activation code is only valid for 2 minutes. If it expires, generate a new email and code
