• Emp Services receives workflow via an email ticket in FreshDesk
  • Edit subject line of ticket to “Employee Name - New Hire – Date of Hire”
  • Go to HR SharePoint and locate employee file and use to review new hire EC

Workflow (if saved out there).  If new hire packet not saved, review what you can and approve; note in the ticket were unable to find

  • Click on Update in EC new hire workflow and carefully review fields as able to:  check for date of hire, name, SSN, DOB, home address, Global Information, disability status, position title, job, comp panel = pay rate, HR Manager etc.)
  • If there is a problem – hold approval and reach out for help 
  • If all good - approve new hire
  • Assign ticket to Luis Mutzus’ queue for data entry pieces – W4s, DD (voided check not needed for new hires)
